About Manuel Hernandez

I have been a solo practitioner since 2006, exclusively involved in Domestic Relations law. My practice includes litigation, negotiated settlement, dissolution, collaborative divorce, and mediation. I am dedicated to providing my clients with creative solutions and the highest level of representation during their family transition. My goal is to get the result that makes sense for you with both skill and compassion. A family advocate since 1996, upon graduating from Cornell University my work involved providing at-risk youth and their parents access to services, resources and support. I received my law degree from the University of Puerto Rico where I distinguished myself while working for the Secretary of Justice, Annabel Rodriguez (now Justice Annabel Rodriguez, Supreme Court of Puerto Rico) and being involved with CUGRAT, a multi-disciplinary consortium that aimed at breaking the cycle of incarceration. I am a member of the American Bar Association, Section of Family Law, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. I have been a member of the Ohio State Bar Association Bar College since 2011.
